Cousins creates premium developments that grow in value over time. From concept to operation, the Company sees its projects through and meets key time commitments along the way. Cousins' proven approach ensures that all parties involved receive the value and product they expect.

NCR Global Headquarters: In July 2015, Cousins signed a 15-year build-to-suit lease with NCR Corporation, a leader in consumer transaction technologies, for the company’s world headquarters.  Located in the Midtown submarket of Atlanta, phase I of the project consists of an approximately $219 million, 502,000 square foot building and is slated for an early 2018 delivery. In 3rd quarter 2016 Cousins signed a 16-year lease for the second phase of NCR’s headquarters consisting of an approximately $120 million, 260,000 square foot building which is estimated to be delivered in 4th quarter 2018. Both office towers are 100% leased to NCR.

 

Carolina Square: In partnership with Northwood Ravin, Cousins is developing an innovative mixed-use project located in the heart of Chapel Hill, NC. This $123 million development consists of 158,000 square feet of office, 44,000 square feet of retail and 246 apartment units. Similar to our Emory Point mixed-use project, Carolina Square is uniquely located adjacent to the University of North Carolina. Delivery of this project is slated for late summer 2017.

 

Dimensional Place: In March 2016, Cousins and Dimensional formed a 50/50 joint venture to develop Dimensional’s new 229,000 square foot office building on a 2.3 acre site located in the South End neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. Dimensional signed a 15-year lease to take 100% of the office and meeting space within the building. Construction commenced in the fourth quarter of 2016, and delivery is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2018.

 
 
120 West Trinity:​ In August 2016, Amli and Cousins formed an 80/20 joint-venture to develop a mixed-use project in Decatur, GA. The project, which is currently under construction, will consist of approximately 330 apartment units, 30,000 square feet of office, and 20,000 square feet of retail. AMLI is leading the development efforts, and delivery is targeted for the first quarter of 2019.
