Leasing Activity at 2100 Ross Highest in Two Decades
DALLAS — (March 6, 2014) — Cousins Properties Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ) has leased over 300,000 square feet at 2100 Ross since acquiring the 33-story, 844,000-square-foot office tower in August 2012. Leasing at the Class A building has reached 81 percent, up from 67 percent at purchase, with blocks of contiguous space still available, including 60,000 square feet, 45,000 square feet and 22,000 square feet.
Most recently, Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, based in Los Angeles, signed to occupy 16,000 square feet on the 20th floor, relocating from Bank of America Plaza in downtown Dallas. Additionally, three new renewals include Kessler Collins, P.C., who has been at the building since 2006; Dale Operating Company, who will be expanding its space from 12,000 to approximately 15,000 square feet; and NFJ Investment Group, LLC, a company of Allianz Global Investors, who has been at the property for 29 years.

Cousins’ multi-million dollar renovation project at 2100 Ross is well under way, and several improvements are already available to customers. The building’s first complimentary fitness center, Pulse Fitness, an enhanced parking deck, and a new ground-floor management office are now complete. These amenities will be followed shortly by a new Stephan Pyles restaurant, a state-of-the-art conference center, updated lobby areas, an outdoor plaza, signature art installations and an iconic exterior sculpture.
Several companies that signed significant leases in 2013 are finalizing their moves to 2100 Ross. They include Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc., who has started its 62,000-square-foot build-out on the 22nd and 23rd floors, and Lockton Companies, who recently moved in to its 100,000-square-foot lease on the 11th through 14th floors.
2100 Ross is located at Ross Avenue and Pearl Street, just steps from the new Klyde Warren Park, which connects the Arts District to Uptown.
